J Los Angeles

For over 70 years, J Los Angeles (JLA) has served the Los Angeles Jewish community and beyond. Recently evolved from its roots as Westside Jewish Community Center into a citywide hub dedicated to building community based on Jewish values and connection to Israel, creating opportunities for gathering and learning from generation to generation. JLA is shaping the future of Jewish life across Los Angeles by creating spaces where people can connect and celebrate culture, and engage in lifelong learning.

Distinct from many other Jewish institutions, the JLA proudly opens its doors to the full spectrum of Jewish life, and to non-Jewish Angelenos. It is a space where allyship is built and where the richness of Jewish culture and universal values are shared with the world.
