Francine Biton

Francine’s journey weaves through various LA neighborhoods after immigrating here from the Philippines – from Koreatown to Hollywood, then landing in Atwater Village during high school. After a brief stint away for college at UC Irvine, she returned to LA, settling in El Sereno with her husband and two kids. Amidst the chaos of raising two little ones, she dedicates her time to helping clients buy and sell real estate.

Francine guides her clients, whether it’s their first or their tenth real estate transaction. There are many nuances to understanding the real estate market, especially in this part of town, and with her expertise, knowledge, and local relationships, she helps her clients succeed — from crafting winning offers and navigating inspections and negotiations, to helping sellers find the right buyer for their home, all the way through to a smooth closing.
